1. About This Product

The Editable A3 Consultation Display is a Canva template designed and sold by HRK Artistry for use within a professional beauty studio setting. It is a single-use digital product and is subject to the licence terms set out below.

2. License and Usage

By purchasing and being granted access to this template, you are granted a single, personal, limited-use, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence.

This licence permits you to modify the template and use any graphics contained within it for a physical display to show to your clients inside your salon or studio only.

You are NOT permitted to incorporate this template into manuals, e-books, courses, or any social media content. Use of this template to create or enhance educational material or any other content — paid or free — is not covered by this licence.

You are expressly forbidden from selling, gifting, or directly sharing this template, or any modified version of it, in any context outside of the permitted use described above.

To be clear, the following are strictly prohibited:

Reselling or redistributing the template in its original or edited form
Sharing the template file, Canva link, or access with any other person
Uploading the template to any marketplace, sharing platform, or design library
Using the template as a standalone product to sell or give away to others
Incorporating the template into courses, e-books, manuals, or social media content
Claiming the template or its design as your own original work

3. Intellectual Property

All design elements, graphics, and content within this template remain the intellectual property of HRK Artistry. Purchasing this template does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Your purchase grants you only the limited personal licence described above.

4. Single User Only

This licence covers one individual user only. It may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. If multiple members of your team require access, a separate licence must be purchased for each user.

5. Licence Violations

If HRK Artistry determines that you have used this template outside of the permitted uses described in these terms:

Your licence will be immediately revoked
You may be permanently restricted from future purchases
HRK Artistry reserves the right to pursue legal action including claims for damages, lost revenue, statutory penalties, and recovery of legal costs

HRK Artistry actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights.

6. No Refunds

All sales are final. HRK Artistry does not offer refunds or exchanges once access to this template has been granted. Please read the product description carefully and contact us at academy@hrkartistry.com with any questions before purchasing.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
