Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase. By buying from HRK Artistry you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1. About HRK Artistry

HRK Artistry is a sole trader beauty education business based in Japan. We design and sell premium digital beauty education products to support individuals in their personal and professional development within the beauty industry.

 

2. Our Products

HRK Artistry offers the following digital products:

• Online courses and video lessons
• PDF guides and e-books
• Canva editable templates

All products are delivered digitally. No physical products will be sent unless explicitly stated on the product listing.

All products are designed for a single user use only. Each purchase grants access to one individual only and may not be shared with, transferred to, or accessed by any other person.

 

3. Intended Use

All products sold by HRK Artistry are strictly for your own personal beauty education and development. They are not licensed for redistribution, resale, or public sharing in any form.

By purchasing you confirm that you will only use the content for your own personal learning and growth, and that you will not use our products as the basis for creating your own courses, programmes, or educational content for others.

 

4. Social Media & Content Sharing

This section is important. When you purchase from HRK Artistry you agree not to share any part of our content on any platform or channel. This includes but is not limited to:

• Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, X, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Any other website, forum, or online community

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing techniques, methods, or processes learned through our products as your own
• Screenshots or recordings of any course videos or lessons
• Copies or photographs of any PDF or e-book content
• Sharing or distributing Canva templates in their original or edited form

5. Licence Violations

If HRK Artistry determines that you have violated your licence in any way:

• Your access will be immediately revoked
• You may be permanently restricted from future purchases
• HRK Artistry reserves the right to pursue legal action including claims for damages, lost revenue, statutory penalties, and recovery of legal costs

HRK Artistry actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights.

 

6. Payment

All prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency. Some products are available as a single payment and others as a 2 or 3 month instalment plan, as shown on the product listing.

If you choose an instalment plan:

• Access is granted upon receipt of your first payment
• By selecting an instalment plan you are automatically entering into an obligation to complete all remaining payments in full
• This obligation applies regardless of whether you continue to use or access the product
• Missed or incomplete payments may result in your access being suspended until payment is received
• Failure to complete all instalments does not entitle you to a refund on amounts already paid
• Failure to complete all scheduled payments will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action and recovery of the outstanding amount plus any associated costs

HRK Artistry takes incomplete payment obligations seriously and reserves the right to pursue all amounts owed.

 

7. No Refunds

All sales are final. HRK Artistry does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access to a product has been granted.

Please read all product descriptions carefully and reach out to academy@hrkartistry.com with any questions before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue on our end preventing access, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

 

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your purchase please contact us at academy@hrkartistry.com before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are always happy to help resolve things directly.

• If a chargeback is raised after access to a product has been granted:
• Your licence will be immediately revoked and access removed
• HRK Artistry reserves the right to submit proof of delivery, access logs, and download records to the payment provider
• Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in legal action and recovery of associated costs

 

9. Our Intellectual Property

All content within our products — including videos, written materials, graphic designs, templates, and course structure — is the intellectual property of HRK Artistry. Purchasing a product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning only. It does not give you ownership of the content.

 

10. Educational Disclaimer

Our products are for educational purposes within the beauty industry only. The information provided in our digital products does not constitute medical, dermatological, or clinical advice.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information contained within our products, HRK Artistry assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions, or for any damages or adverse outcomes resulting from the use of the information provided.

Results from applying techniques learned through our products may vary. We recommend that all users hold the appropriate professional qualifications, insurance and legal permissions required in their country before offering beauty services to paying clients.

 

11. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must not share your account with anyone else. Each purchase is for a single user only — sharing your account or access with another person is a direct violation of these terms and may result in immediate removal of access. HRK Artistry will treat any activity on your account as your own.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

HRK Artistry's liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

HRK Artistry may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

 

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

 

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
